Amazing PT Experience
I rarely rate places, but Total Motion was amazing. My therapist was Heath and he was great, had a super encouraging attitude every visit. I never once felt like he didn’t know what to do or had me do a pointless exercise. Most of all, he appreciated my PT goals and seemed just as invested in getting me back to an active lifestyle as I was. I would highly recommend for anyone that is recovering from a surgery or injury!

Excellent First PT Experience
This was my first time doing any kind of physical therapy and I had an excellent experience. I will gladly come back for any issues I may have in the future. Heath was my PT and did a fantastic job assessing my issues and concerns. My Back Is Feeling 90% Better
I had an excellent experience at Total Motion. Tanya Roberts is a wonderful PT. She explains everything very well. She is excellent in the exercises she had me do. My back is 90% better than it was when I started. It could not have been a more pleasant experience. Tanya was terrific!

Regained Leg Strength & Mobility
This is my second time as a Total Motion patient. I have been thoroughly impressed with this business. Nicky takes care of appointment scheduling and billing and is always willing to help with any necessary appt. reschedule. My physical therapist Heath went above and beyond in helping my through knee pain caused by an old ACL injury. He helped me regain strength in my legs and helped me learn exercises to improve total body strength. I couldn’t ask for more! Thanks

Neck Pain Is Gone
Dr Ron M did another fantastic PT recovery on a pinched nerve in my upper neck (C4, C5 and C6). I pinched the nerve after hauling branches from my backyard to the front yard and assisting my neighbors, also. Dr Ron said ‘Dennis we’ll start to see improvement after 6 or 7 appointments.’. He was right! My upper neck is great now! Thank You Total Motion!

Personalized Care That Truly Works
Nik and his intern Nick were professional, knowledgable and caring therapists who personalized my treatment and quickly zeroed in on my problem area. The home exercise program they developed for me has kept me from having reoccurring pain. I highly recommend Total Motion Physical Therapy.

Expert Care and Friendly Staff
I came to Total Motion Radford earlier this summer for issues with my neck and shoulder and would highly recommend to anyone! I worked with Joey who was so knowledgeable and professional and he immediately helped me address my pain and make a plan to get back to my daily activities. The entire staff has been very pleasant and professional, the facility is very clean and bright and parking is easily accessible. Life-Changing PT
I recommend anyone who has been through PT and felt like they got nothing from it or just looking for a place to do PT that they strongly consider visiting Joey and Brandon at the Clement St location in Radford. I have been through physical therapy in the past and felt like I got nothing from it. This experience was completely different. The first several days Joey assessed the back pain I was having, and we tested the different planes of motion that I felt that did comfort in. He designed a personal therapy plan specific to me and my needs ,and with in the first 3 weeks I could see noticeable improvements in my lower back and over all mobility. I cannot thank Joey enough for helping me to get my quality of life and mobility back!! Most importantly thank you for helping me to get back outside and throw baseball with my son without being in pain!

Total Motion Physical Therapy is the place to go!!!! After a few sessions I could feel my back getting stronger and the pain going away. The staff is wonderful from the front desk to the PT specialists. They work one in one with you and strive to perfection to fix the ongoing problem you may have. I started physical therapy because of a lower back injury. I didn’t have doubts of physical therapy fixing my issue, I just didn’t have any experience of physical therapy. The first couple visits I was very surprised at how well it was helping already. After 2 weeks of doctor and chiropractor visits nothing had helped like physical therapy.
