Dr. Michele Dillon is a native of Patrick County, VA. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 2011 after working 12 years as an Athletic Trainer. Michele has a combined 20+ years of orthopedic experience in both the athletic training and physical therapy environments. She has worked in school and clinical settings throughout her career. She has most recently moved back to the area from Chattanooga, TN after serving as Clinic Director/Physical Therapist for the past 13 years for an outpatient orthopedic clinic.
Michele is a dedicated and compassionate physical therapist committed to delivering evidence-based, individualized care that empowers patients to reduce pain, restore mobility, and achieve their long-term functional goals. She is adept at building a strong rapport with patients of all activity levels and collaborating effectively with healthcare teams to achieve patient goals. Michele is excited to bring a patient-first philosophy and proactive clinical mindset to the team at Total Motion Physical Therapy. She enjoys working with active individuals of all age levels to address their orthopedic conditions and also enjoys working with patients that are challenged by vestibular conditions.
Outside of work, Michele enjoys spending time exploring the outdoors (hiking, camping, kayaking), traveling, and spending time with family, friends, and her dog.
