Dr. Heath Hardiman is a native of New Kent, Virginia. He earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Lynchburg in 2023 after
completing his Bachelor of Science at Virginia Tech in 2019.
Following graduation, Dr. Hardiman completed an Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residency through Evidence In Motion (EIM), where he advanced his clinical expertise in evidence-based examination and treatment of orthopedic conditions. He is also a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy (OCS), demonstrating advanced knowledge and clinical proficiency in the management of musculoskeletal injuries and disorders.
Dr. Hardiman is passionate about helping athletes of all ages return to the activities they love while providing evidence-based care for a wide range of orthopedic conditions. His clinical interests include sports rehabilitation, running-related injuries, return-to-sport testing, and optimizing movement performance. He is committed to lifelong learning and enjoys mentoring physical therapists and students as they develop their clinical reasoning and orthopedic skill sets.
Outside the clinic, Heath enjoys running and hiking throughout the New River Valley, grilling on his Big Green Egg, and cheering on Virginia Tech football.
